I haven’t been able to track down Bessie in Glenwood, Wisconsin. There are a few leads but nothing concrete at the moment. The photo was purchased in a bundle along with tomorrow’s post. Not sure if there is a connection between the two photos other than the fact that they were taken at the same studio. (Although the handwriting of the names appears to be the same.)
