This photograph was purchased at Savage Mill in Savage, Maryland. Originally it cost nine cents to have your photograph taken at what I believe to be a jewelry store.

The first building pictured is the Google street view of 16 Rue Milton, Paris from April 2019. The second building pictured is the Google street view of 166 Rue St Maur, Paris from May 2019.

I believe the Wertheimer name is linked to Coco Chanel, although a general search does not provide an M. Wertheimer, perhaps this a relative of Pierre Wertheimer.
