There’s no information available beyond the clues that we see in these photos. I’ve read that Navy Seamen were the only Naval branch to wear their badges and insignia on the right sleeve so that the eagle faced forward, but we’ll need some Navy historians to jump in and help identify these sailors!
Does anyone else see a resemblance in these two photos? Older and younger, perhaps? Or have I been staring at them for too long?!
